Feb 11, 2010 · It sounds like you moved the.pst file into the new install to replace what was there and that way the address book does not carry through anywhere but to "Contacts". Take the.pst file from old pc and install it in another folder on new pc and try to file import from it. Contacts in folder but not in Address Book. Only contacts that have a valid “resolved” email address or fax number will appear in the AB. Resolved means that the email address shows as underlined when you open the detail contact item. The AB is not a rolodex of all contact items. The address book in Outlook 2007, Windows 7 doesn't recognize any contact lists - nothing shows when I click on it.
